A servant leader who is compassionate, loyal, and who has a high level of integrity are personal traits I value.  With fifteen years of dedicated service in the areas of education and leadership, I would like the opportunity to collaboratively bring these experiences and knowledge to the forefront and lead a catalystic change to the way we as leaders lead.  Being a catalyst of change, providing a high level of quality leadership and meeting the districts expectations are the focus of my professional agenda.  While displaying a commitment to the organization, it is important that I lead a culture that is conducive to the students we serve. My career path originated by design to gain experiences in both rural and urban settings as well as learning different subgroups such as special education, behavioral, gifted, and general population.  The diversity of my background sets a clear knowledge base and allows me to be versatile in making the best decisions for students and teachers.
